Responsibilities

• Assign and match purchase orders with incoming/outgoing documents and invoices.
• Compile and update shipping reports.
• Prepare upload spreadsheet for payment and obtain signatures.
• File copies of all AP documentation.
• Answer the phone and greet customers, suppliers, visitors.
