Job summary

Revivn is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator based at our Fresno facility to keep day-to-day operations moving. You will track shipments and assets, coordinate transportation, and support fleet and vendor compliance while maintaining accurate data across our systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, dispatch, fleet, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and multiple software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with carriers, vendors, drivers, customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Comfortable monitoring active shipments and jumping into operational issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Shipment & Asset Tracking: Monitor active shipments, GPS devices, and telematics platforms to maintain shipment visibility and accountability.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain logistics data across Revivn platforms and tools; perform audits and updates.
• Scheduling & Operational Support: Coordinate freight scheduling and transportation handoffs; serve as backup for internal fleet scheduling.
• Projects & Process Improvement: Support audits, system implementations, and process improvements.
