Job summary

Revivn is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to scale our ITAD business across facilities in Fresno, CA or New York, NY. This hands‑on role partners with the Sr. Director of ITAD Operations to build teams, refine processes, and drive execution on the warehouse floor.

You will own day‑to‑day operations, staffing plans, KPI dashboards, and multi‑site launches, with travel up to 50%. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations, 2+ years leading teams, and a Lean/Six Sigma mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, reverse logistics, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on process improvement experience (lean, Six Sigma) with measurable results.
• Comfort with operational data and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations organization.
• Own day-to-day execution across receiving, processing, data destruction, testing, and outbound logistics.
• Set throughput, quality, and SLA targets and hold teams accountable.
• Travel regularly to multiple sites and support launches and improvements.
