Job summary

Revvity, Inc. in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Logistics Specialist who develops strategies to optimize product delivery and improve workflows across production, distribution, and inventory.

The role interfaces with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely shipments and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include managing regional shipments, coordinating documentation, licenses, and freight bookings, and driving continuous improvements to SOPs and ISO-compliant processes while supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years in customer order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.
• Associate degree with 4+ years in customer order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in customer order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and act as SME for selected Regional Logistics responsibilities.
• Coordinate daily Small Package shipments from the STDC including consolidations and freight bookings.
• Manage daily Large Pack shipments from origin plants to Regional facility and customers.
• Prepare export licenses, letters of credit, insurance certificates as required.
• Create/update Logistics SOPs to meet ISO standards.
