Job summary

Molex is seeking a Distribution Coordinator in Hudson, WI to ensure shipments move accurately from planning through delivery. You will verify information, coordinate documentation, resolve issues, and maintain complete delivery records to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Shift: 1st shift, 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm with flexibility. The role works with logistics, planning, warehouse teams, and carriers to ensure timely, accurate shipments and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, distribution, customer service, inventory management, or related operations.
• Experience entering and maintaining accurate data within an ERP system; SAP preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, shared filing systems, and web-based customer or carrier portals.
• Experience reviewing shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, delivery confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Drive shipment accuracy by verifying critical shipment information and delivery details before products move through the supply chain.
• Ensure timely and complete shipment documentation to support efficient operations and accurate recordkeeping.
• Maintain shipment visibility by managing updates, priorities, and delivery confirmations.
• Partner with internal teams, carriers, and customers to resolve discrepancies and address delays.
• Support operational excellence by identifying data quality concerns, correcting errors, and escalating issues before they affect customers.
• Coordinate urgent shipments and inform stakeholders of important updates.
• Contribute to workflow efficiency through organization and attention to detail.
