Molex is seeking a Global Logistics & Distribution Operations Manager to lead end-to-end logistics across sites and 3PL providers. The role oversees distribution centers, inbound/outbound flows, inventory control, and cost management to ensure on-time customer fulfillment and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience managing multisite logistics and distribution center operations, including 3PL providers.
• Background in manufacturingdriven logistics, preferably cable assembly, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer shipments and international freight.

Responsabilités

• Lead global logistics execution across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and 3PL operations.
• Define and execute logistics strategies supporting build-to-order environments.
• Provide operational leadership for global and regional distribution centers, driving fulfillment accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Ensure ontime, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance for domestic and international customers.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Partner with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams to align logistics with production schedules.
• Maintain visibility and control of global inventory across plants and distribution centers.
• Lead logistics cost management and budget ownership while maintaining service expectations.
• Establish and improve logistics KPIs (OTIF, freight cost, inventory turns, lead times, DC productivity).
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, export controls, Incoterms, and customer-specific shipping requirements.
• Identify logistics risks and lead mitigation strategies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor logistics and distribution center teams across regions.
