• Handle incoming generators, parts, and UPS orders; label with job numbers.
• Review freight vendors and select those meeting requirements.
• Send freight requests for approval and share with sales.
• Verify generator receiving dates and inform schedulers of changes.
• Oversee shipping and receiving; assist with tasks as needed.
• Train and motivate staff to meet production schedules.
• Promote safety and accountability across the team.
