Job summary

Molex is seeking Production Supervisors for its new Hudson, WI operation. You will lead a team of production associates and technicians to meet customer demand while ensuring safety and quality. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and people development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• 1+ year of leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing key manufacturing metrics and applying standardized production processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage shift schedules to coordinate manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production KPIs and adjust staffing to meet targets while upholding quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Direct and oversee employee activities, including scheduling, overtime, and vacation requests.
• Review and approve work instructions; ensure training on procedures and techniques.
