Formación

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to review processes and ensure standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Monitor site KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with customers on operations and communicate progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and administer rewards when appropriate.
• Address performance issues through corrective actions and disciplinary steps.
