Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations, ensure safety and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on KPI performance.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with the Logistics Manager, and manage schedules across multiple shifts while promoting an inclusive work environment and operational excellence.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for shift teams.
• Be accountable for site KPI and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers on operational aspects.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and coach team members.
• Promote Diversity and Inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and propose merit increases.
• Address performance issues per company policy.
• Provide orientation and resources for employees and leads.
