QQR Logistics in Cincinnati, OH is hiring an entry-level Logistics Sales Development Representative to build a pipeline, learn the freight market, and grow into a junior sales role. You will work onsite with a team, receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and access to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and a scalable TMS platform.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior industry experience required.
• Willingness to learn, coachable, and motivated to win.
• Strong outbound outreach and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Support a pod of three to four Logistics Sales Representatives—typically two junior reps and one senior rep—targeting and multi-threading opportunities together.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position QQR's solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to your pod's reps to advance and close.
• Learn QQR's services and the freight market from the ground up.
• Use AI tools and QQR Technology to work efficiently and beat daily activity goals.
