Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Support a pod of 3–4 reps, typically two juniors and one senior.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position QQR solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and pass to reps to progress and close.
• Learn QQR services, technology, and freight market from the ground up.
