Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement software.
• Solid understanding of the freight brokerage industry or logistics preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
• Qualify prospects and set up meetings for account managers.
• Research target industries and identify potential customers.
• Use multiple channels (email, calls, social) to engage prospects.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and account managers on sales strategies.
• Provide regular activity and results reports to management.
