Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Appointment setting and data entry.
• Load building and email correspondence.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery of shipments per customer requirements.
• Communicate shipment details to customers and carriers.
• Revise schedules when issues occur and assist with billing.
