Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics Account Executive. You will handle phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls, load building and dispatching trucks to ensure on-time pickups.

The role requires attention to detail, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; range of administrative tasks is common.
• Administrative and/or logistics brokerage experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Office products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the Logistics Account Executive via phone and email.
• Set appointments, perform check calls and load building tasks.
• Dispatch trucks to pickup locations and ensure timely pickups/deliveries.
• Qualify carriers and negotiate rates; maintain strong customer relationships.
