Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics is seeking an Enterprise Account Scheduler in Tampa to manage appointment scheduling, coordinate shipments, and communicate across customers, carriers, and internal teams. The role reports to the Enterprise Account Manager and emphasizes reliability, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong MS Office skills (Outlook/Excel), and prior scheduling or logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Previous scheduling, administration, logistics, or account coordination experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build loads and schedule pickup/delivery appointments to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate shipment updates and issues clearly to customers and carriers.
• Adjust scheduled appointments as needed due to changes or disruptions.
• Support the billing process and assist with documentation when necessary.
• Handle email and phone communications with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist with various account management duties and ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Provide award-winning service with timely updates to maintain a positive customer experience.
