Integrity Express Logistics is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to provide daily support to the Logistics Account Executive. This role reports to the Sales Support Manager and involves phone and email communication, appointment setting, and load building to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, offer strong customer service, and maintain effective communication with customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Administrative or logistics brokerage experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone and email communications.
• Set appointments and perform check calls.
• Build loads and dispatch trucks to pickup locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates with prospective carriers and convey shipment details.
• Qualify carriers to match shipments with customers.
• Support daily operations and perform ad hoc duties.
