Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in North Carolina is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, while educating customers and staff about product lines.

You will train sales merchandisers, manage daily store operations, and report to the Market Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations.
• Customer service or sales experience required; English conversational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Know and use all handheld device functions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
