Integrity Express Logistics, LLC is seeking a Logistics Account Executive, Trainee who will master IEL’s foundational sales, operations, and customer service processes through a structured training program and then apply these skills to build and manage a personal book of business.

You will engage in prospecting calls, develop client relationships, negotiate rates, manage dispatch, and handle paperwork to ensure timely payments as you progress toward a Logistics Account Executive II role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships resulting in repeat business.
• Negotiation skills for rates and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Make prospecting calls to provide logistics solutions for future clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers resulting in residual business.
• Negotiate rates and bid on future business.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods through dispatch and check calls.
• Collect and file necessary paperwork for timely payment.
• Perform account management tasks such as load building and scheduling.
