Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics in Florida is seeking a Logistics Account Executive, Trainee. You will master IEL’s foundational sales, operations, and customer service processes through a structured training program, then apply these skills to build and manage a personal book of business for advancement to a Tier 2 role.

The position blends training, prospecting, operational execution, and CRM to prepare you for growth within IEL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform under a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willing to complete IEL New Hire Training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with technology.
• Experience in sales or logistics is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IEL’s new hire training program on sales, operations, and customer service.
• Apply feedback to improve performance.
• Use IEL training resources to become more independent.
• Meet outbound calls and talk-time metrics; prospecting and check calls.
• Build a personal book of business and secure new accounts.
• Negotiate rates and bid on future business with mentor guidance.
• Perform loads building, carrier sales/setup, dispatch and AR follow-up.
• Collect required paperwork for timely payment.
• Shadow trainees post-training to share best practices.
