Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics is seeking a Logistics Account Executive Trainee to train in sales, operations, and customer service, with progression to a Logistics Account Executive II. You will build a personal book of business, negotiate rates, and shadow mentors while learning IEL’s operational standards.

We offer paid training, base pay plus commissions, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities to advance and relocate as the company grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business/sales/logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form are essential.
• Must be motivated to learn and develop negotiation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new hire training covering sales, operations and customer service.
• Build a personal book of business through prospecting and relationship development.
• Negotiate rates and bid on future business with guidance from managers.
• Support operational tasks including load building, carrier setup, dispatch, and AR follow-up.
