Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operational management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including conflict resolution.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and delivery status checks.
• Willingness to embrace new technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations and monitor carrier needs.
• Oversee load-out processes to minimize damage.
• Report loadout and carrier compliance in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, peers, carriers, and client staff.
• Provide operational support, audits, and process improvements.
• Use client-specific routing software.
• Coordinate with departments on updates and meetings.
• Monitor routes using client software.
• Handle reschedules and returns via client portals.
• Move inventory safely using material handling equipment.
• Serve as point of contact for client escalations.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of delivery time windows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
