Job summary

Heraeus is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our Wartburg, TN facility. This permanent role focuses on coordinating inbound materials, outbound shipments, inventory transactions, and transportation compliance to ensure accurate, traceable, and timely material flow. The position supports production, customer service, and regulatory needs while exercising independent judgment in prioritization and issue resolution. Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound materials and outbound shipments.
• Track inventory transactions and ensure traceability.
• Ensure transportation compliance and on-time customer fulfillment.
• Support production, customer service, inventory control, regulatory compliance.
• Exercise independent judgment in shipment prioritization and issue resolution.
