Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma and two years of customer service or quality control experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline preferred; equivalent combination will be considered.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally are required.
• Organizational skills, teamwork, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
• Knowledge of ISO standards is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers by telephone, fax, or email to provide information about products and services, shipping dates or delays, and to take, enter or update orders.
• Support requests from sales via CRM and email to phone handoffs.
• Set up business partners in MDG and SAP for order processing.
• Issue quotes on available products and process POs when received.
• Determine pricing components and compute discounts for final invoices.
• Coordinate with planning, quality control, or logistics to expedite or trace shipments.
• Record customer material complaints and transmit to QA for investigation.
• Review and audit orders daily for accuracy.
