Job summary

Heraeus is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our Wartburg, TN facility. This permanent role focuses on coordinating inbound materials, outbound shipments, inventory transactions, and transportation compliance to ensure accurate, traceable, and timely material flow. The position supports production, customer service, and regulatory needs while exercising independent judgment in prioritization and issue resolution. Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm.

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for inbound materials, outbound shipments, inventory transactions, transportation compliance, and customer fulfillment activities. The position ensures the accuracy, traceability, and timely movement of materials while supporting production, customer service, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and operational performance objectives. The role exercises independent judgment in shipment prioritization, inventory reconciliation, transportation documentation, and issue resolution to minimize business risk and maintain customer satisfaction.

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
