Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an Associate 2 to support production by reading work instructions on the receiving dock and coordinating with multiple departments. You will audit and prepare parts, communicate status via email to Program Managers, and help drive process improvements.

The role requires warehouse experience, good email skills, familiarity with SAP, and solid MS Excel usage. A high school diploma is preferred and attention to detail is essential for meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Good email communication skills.
• Some SAP knowledge.
• MS Excel experience, good to moderate user.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow work instructions on the receiving dock.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Materials in a cross-functional environment.
• Audit and prepare parts efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Communicate via email with Program Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor and customer contacts regarding status of parts and shipments.
• Coordinate with offsite personnel for transport of subsequent WO.
• Actively seek ways to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
