Job summary

ZEISS Group in Minneapolis is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to help ensure efficient warehouse and shipping operations. You will track stock, use SAP, and collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months of warehouse/shipping experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and basic lean knowledge. Forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months Zeiss IQS warehouse/shipping experience or related experience elsewhere.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Understanding of basic lean principles desired.
• Data Entry, Touch-Screen Device, and Computer skills required.
• Able to learn quickly and follow processes consistently.
• Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and problem solver.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Utilize SAP effectively in relation to assigned duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions as per supervisory guidelines.
• Flexibly cover different positions within the assigned area to assist during staff shortages.
