Job summary

CBX Solutions in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and procurement to support projects.

You will collaborate with operations and back-office teams to source materials, maintain safety standards, and handle RMA processes, with at least 3 years in warehouse management and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of physical security systems, network devices.
• Experience in purchasing and procurement of warehouse-related materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and work on ladders.
• Current US driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving and outbound distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and enforce safety standards.
• Track inventory movement with physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle utilization.
• Collaborate with operations and back-office teams to procure materials and equipment.
• Execute purchasing decisions with other departments for stock items.
• Manage the return goods (RMA) process and vendor credits.
• Address warehouse issues, document root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Occasionally deliver or transport materials to job sites as needed.
• Conduct scheduled inventories to maintain accuracy.
