Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to handle data-entry and administrative tasks for inbound and outbound shipments. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely processing, with duties spanning documentation, reporting, and customer communications.

Responsibilities include scheduling pickups, generating custom reports from the WMS, and supporting the maintenance of inventory and interoffice communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related data processing experience preferred in a distribution center.
• Proficient PC skills including Windows, Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with RF equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform data-entry and administrative tasks for shipments.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-ups and track shipments.
• Generate reports from the Warehouse Management System.
• Consolidate and process shipments in a timely manner.
• Maintain office supplies and support mail distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
