Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Coordinator to monitor departmental workflow, compile production and statistical reports, and support build plans with daily metrics.

You will track shipping/receiving statistics, identify discrepancies in WMS data, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and customer requirements while promoting continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years shipping or receiving experience in logistics.
• 3 years experience using WMS (shipping, receiving, exceptions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to document process maps.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve WMS/EPIC inventory discrepancies; recommend solutions.
• Monitor workflow and report issues to the Department Supervisor.
• Compile and distribute production reports for build plans and daily metrics.
• Create production and shipping & receiving reports for daily management review.
• Communicate manual shipments to management and coordinate product preparation and shipment.
• Meet or exceed all reporting KPIs and SLAs as defined by company and customer standards.
• Perform workflow testing.
• Review and document changes to process maps to support internal and customs client requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with internal/external customers, vendors, and employees.
• Promote continuous improvement and adhere to quality guidelines to achieve goals.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining special project initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Production Coordinator

Education / Experience
