Job summary

Aramex in the United States seeks a forward-thinking Product Head Logistics – North America to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our logistics products across contract logistics, fulfillment, and distribution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in logistics or supply chain with leadership in product and operations.
• Experience launching new logistics products and regional/country expansion.
• Deep understanding of logistics supply chains, customs processes, and global trade regulations.
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
• Strong product management knowledge in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end logistics product roadmap, including pricing and operations.
• Develop new logistics solutions based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Monitor market trends to keep the product competitive and differentiated.
• Drive compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market strategies and pricing.
• Lead pilot programs and rollouts for new logistics solutions.
• Partner with technology to enhance digital tools like WMS and tracking.
• Define customer journey across touchpoints and gather feedback for improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Own commercial performance and optimize pricing models and partnerships.
• Mentor and develop talent; champion change management for new products.
