Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in international logistics, supply chain technology, or cross-border e-commerce.
• Experience in international logistics product planning and execution; familiarity with U.S. market or global e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to translate challenges into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle by identifying market opportunities, synthesizing feedback, analyzing trends, and defining strategy.
• Analyze U.S. market characteristics and customer needs for tailored logistics solutions.
• Drive market research, product planning, solution design, validation, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization for North/South America.
• Define requirements, user stories, workflows, and architecture with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Monitor performance and feedback to improve product functionality and business outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality releases through project management, risk mitigation, and cross-time-zone coordination.
• Collaborate with teams in China and the Americas to align priorities and execution plans.
• Develop market intelligence reports to support long-term planning across the Americas.
• Collaborate with business, operations, sales, and marketing to go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
