Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transportation and distribution, coordinating shipments and carrier partnerships for multiple plants and warehouses.

You will plan inbound/outbound loads via the TMS, ensure regulatory compliance, negotiate costs, and work with Supply Chain and Plant operations to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in logistics coordination, Supply Chain or Transportation Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods across locations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to manage shipping schedules.
• Monitor and track shipments and address transportation delays.
• Plan and tender inbound and outbound loads via the TMS for plants and warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines for transportation of goods.
