Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or operations improvement.
• Experience in freight forwarding, international transportation, and global supply chain.
• Proficient in leading process discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Hands-on value stream and process mapping experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with operations, transportation, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Document current state processes across freight forwarding and international workflows.
• Facilitate value stream mapping and process mapping exercises.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays, rework, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, SIPOC diagrams, workflow documentation, and operational assessments.
• Analyze operational metrics including cycle times, throughput, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Partner with business leaders and process owners to develop practical improvement recommendations.
• Present findings, business cases, and transformation recommendations to management teams.
• Support implementation and tracking of operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams across operations, technology, finance, and commercial functions.
