Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, or process improvement.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to create process documentation, work instructions, and flow maps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, production support, and material flow to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Create and maintain standard work instructions and operating procedures.
• Monitor key metrics and use data analysis to drive performance gains.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support warehouse layout optimization, inventory flow, and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and customer teams to resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track project results and ensure measurable operational benefits.
• Identify automation and technology opportunities to boost efficiency.
