Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
1-5 years in engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
Experience creating process documentation and flow maps.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational workflows, production support processes, and material flow to identify improvements.
Develop and implement process improvements focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Create and maintain standard work instructions, procedures, and process documentation.
Monitor key metrics and use data analysis to drive performance improvements.
