Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Piscataway, NJ, seeks an Operational Excellence specialist to support network stations, identify inefficiencies and deploy action plans using Lean, Kaizen and PDCA. You will mentor Operations to sustain improvements and lead continuous improvement projects.

Required: 4+ years in transport operations or Lean/CI, knowledge of Lean tools, and a proven project leader. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education & qualifications: Supply Chain, Lean, Engineering or Transportation training; BA/BS in related fields.
• Minimum 4 years experience in transport operations or Lean/continuous improvements.
• Experience in managing transport/logistics CI projects and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements through Lean methodologies.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and develop corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor KPIs to measure improvement effectiveness.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
