Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee our distribution center in Piscataway, NJ. You will lead daily warehouse activities, ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL setting, is familiar with WMS, OSHA, and KPI reporting, and can work long hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Supervisory role in warehouse/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control and shipping/receiving.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience in 3PL operations is preferred.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and enforce policies.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain inventory records.
• Oversee forklift and material handling equipment per OSHA.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and inventory audits.
