Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and transformation initiatives.
• Preferred MBA or Master’s degree and strong analytics capabilities with KPI development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Logistics Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement program.
• Identify and execute productivity initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies and process mapping.
• Drive cost reduction, service improvement, and process optimization.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for operational gaps.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance management across logistics.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize best practices and procedures.
• Lead automation, digitalization, AI and transformation initiatives in logistics.
