Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role (transport operations or Lean/continuous improvements).
• Experience in managing transport/logistics continuous improvements and IT projects.
• Knowledge of transport operations, freight management, and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean methods.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor KPIs to measure improvement effectiveness.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for consistency and compliance.
• Maintain records of improvement activities and report progress to management.
• Conduct Lean training sessions for staff.
