Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Specialist in Groveport, USA. The role supports operational, financial, and quality performance by identifying inefficiencies and deploying action plans using Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.

You will mentor operations teams and drive continuous improvement across the network. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 4 years in transport/logistics optimization, with experience in IT projects and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in transport operations or lean/continuous improvements.
• Experience in transport/logistics improvements and IT projects.
• Knowledge of lean, PDCA, Kaizen and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean improvements to streamline processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for site performance.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from start to finish.
• Develop KPIs to measure impact of improvement initiatives.
• Create standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
