Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in operations and business management is required.

• Oversee contract operations and daily customer service for existing contracts.
• Drive profit objectives and provide financial analysis for customers.
• Lead growth and development of additional business opportunities with existing customers.
• Ensure safety and quality while monitoring cost-control programs.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams to solve problems.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet customer needs.
