CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Specialist to improve operational, financial, and quality performance across the CEVA Network station. You will identify inefficiencies, deploy action plans, and sustain changes using Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA methods.

The role requires 4+ years in operations or continuous improvement, with knowledge of transport/logistics processes and IT projects. This position is based in the USA and involves full-time work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transport operations or Lean/continuous improvement.
• Experience leading Lean/Kaizen projects.
• Knowledge of transport/logistics operations.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IT projects in logistics.

Responsabilités

• Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure impact.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Train staff on Lean tools and methods.
