Job summary
Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Logistics Process Engineer II (SAP/EWM) in Mobile, AL to analyze, design and optimize warehousing flows across the site. The role collaborates with the Warehousing Department and Logistics Service Providers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
You will drive SAP/EWM configurations, SOPs, and staff training. Responsibilities include implementing WMS/TMS solutions, developing distribution strategies for A320/A220 lines, and leading process improvements with a focus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics/manufacturing engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM.
- Experience with project management and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve warehousing flows to support ramp-up in Mobile site.
- Act as focal for WMS/TMS and ERP modules implementation.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies for A320 and A220 programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with LSPs to meet forecasts and KPIs.
- Draft SOPs and train staff on new processes.
