Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret transportation costs, pricing trends, and market data.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to accurately maintain and analyze data within pricing and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Customer Solutions: Prepare customer bids, pricing proposals, and transportation pricing projects.
• Market Analysis & Carrier Management: Analyze transportation rates, market conditions, carrier capacity, and service offerings to support pricing decisions.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate transportation rates, carrier costs, and pricing information within spreadsheets, databases, and business systems.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and reduce transportation costs.
