Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Pricing Manager to join our North American Contract Logistics organization in Florham Park, NJ. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and IT to develop pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability.

You will lead pricing modeling, ROI analyses, and market insights for new and existing business opportunities, while building reports and dashboards to support planning, forecasting, and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 6+ years in pricing analytics or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and profitability analyses.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing models to support new business opportunities and existing customer relationships.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Finance teams to create competitive pricing strategies.
• Lead and facilitate pricing reviews and decision-making discussions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate ROI, NPV, cash flow, payback periods, and other key metrics.
• Assess customer-provided data and market trends to develop pricing recommendations.
• Build reports, tools, and dashboards that support business planning, forecasting, and pricing decisions.
• Monitor pricing performance and profitability outcomes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting processes and pricing strategies, including surcharge and market-based initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in pricing analytics, financial analysis, or a similar analytical business function.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience developing pricing strategies, business cases, and profitability analyses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience using Power BI and other analytical tools to evaluate and communicate business performance.
• Logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain industry experience is preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
