Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Union City, GA is seeking an Operations PMO Analyst to provide operational support and data-driven insights to optimize logistics performance across NASA (North America/South America) operations.

You will maintain rigorous reporting, coordinate cross-functional processes, and ensure administrative compliance to support project goals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year in supply chain or project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
1 year of experience in supply chain, operations or project management.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Access and Project.

Responsibilities

Analyze weekly and monthly operational metrics via Project Beacon.
Attend weekly site business reviews and report to the customer.
Lead monthly business review meetings with the customer and track actions.
Communicate weekly compliance status of the site weekly business review.
Maintain and review the Project Beacon dashboard and automated tracking.
Report Monthly Logiscore performance in the MBRs.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure accuracy of internal and customer meetings.
