Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to develop actionable analyses improving productivity and efficiency across operations. You will maintain databases, extract data, and build metrics to guide decisions, with a focus on cost-saving opportunities in the pipeline.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1 year in supply chain or logistics, plus strong Excel and SAP skills. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics.
Advanced Excel skills including macros.
Experience with SAP and extracting system data.
Experience with WMS and database systems.
Proficiency with MS Office/Access to develop reports.

Responsibilities

Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions.
Maintain databases; extract information and develop metrics and scorecards.
Research operations, analyze performance and identify issues.
Prepare reports, graphs, charts and presentations to support analyses.
Use systems to develop and maintain reporting tools for decisions.
Perform cost-saving ideas through supplier and location waste walks.
