Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Logistics Analyst for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm–10:30pm). You will develop actionable analyses to improve productivity and efficiency across operations, and maintain databases to create metrics and scorecards guiding performance.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, extracting system data from SAP and Access, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems with advanced Excel, including macros.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills with macros and data manipulation.
• Experience extracting data from SAP and using Access for reports.
• Experience supporting WMS and order management applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions.
• Maintain databases; extract information and develop metrics and scorecards.
• Research operations, data, and root causes; review reports to identify issues.
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts, and presentations to support analyses.
• Utilize systems to develop and maintain reporting tools for business decisions.
• Perform supplier and location waste walks to generate cost-saving ideas.
