Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Coordinator in our Georgia facility. This role focuses on optimizing data center workflows, managing ML hardware logistics, and enhancing asset utilization within Core Enablement functions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SLA metrics and drive cost-effective, reliable infrastructure deployments. The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with responsibilities including ensuring rack and hardware movement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.
• Excellent organized, proactive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity and company requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve goals.
• Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time, accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement owners, and management to achieve deployment goals.
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure initiatives and long-range goals.
• Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients and better manage rack space opportunities.
• Enter data into Data Center tools and generate required reports.
• Process, audit, and file Core Enablement documentation.
• Support Lean culture within server staging and data center workflow.
